Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from BODEGA TIO ZE COMERCIO DE BEBIDAS, whether you bought at the counter, picked up your order, or received it by local delivery. This policy explains how to request a refund. Effective date: 2026-10-17.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

How to request

E-mail [email protected] with your order number. If something is wrong with your order, briefly describe the issue; a photo of the product helps.

We answer within 2 business days.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.

Orders canceled by us

We will refund any amount paid if we cancel an order. This includes cancellations due to a pricing error, suspected fraud, or failed age verification at pickup or delivery.

No recurring charges

We do not sell subscriptions. You will never be charged automatically after a purchase.
